  1. Holy cow,

That backline is something else and Beale isn’t even playing.

Lions have to control the ball and mess up the AUS setplay.

  2. I do question Berrick Barnes at 15. Mogg is very unlucky to have missed out based on Tuesday’s match, and would be even better without the pressure of the goalkicking. There are playmakers at 10 and 12, so a running threat would be more useful. Ideally (for Australia) Mogg would play @ 15, BB @ 10 (more experience at running the game at international level), JOC @ 12 (centre is a better use of his pace) with Lilo on the bench. How Beale is chosen, drink problem or not, I cannot comprehend, having assaulted his own club captain on the team bus.

    1. I presume he’s just choosen Barnes because he is more reliable, he’s nothing special Barnes but he is consistent and he is defensively sound which will be important when you’ve got the likes of North running at you 1 on 1. I personally think that if they’re picking entirely based on rugby then Mogg @ 15, JOC @ 12 and KB @ 10
