Rip someone’s head off? 10 minutes in the bin is not that big a deterrent any more. The team of the binned player can normally lift their game for 10 minutes enough for it not to be a big disadvantage (the same spirit that saw a 6 man England scrum push the AB’s back on their own 5 yard line).

Cipriani has to be in the frame to start at 10 in the 6N. He has everything – speed, vision, distribution, and he can certainly kick. Not the finished product yet, but if we get him the international experience and quality coaching he deserves, he could be a star for 2011.
