  1. Can’t wait to see Rougerie and Fofana in action…it could be a long afternoon for the Azzurri as the French look for revenge!

It’s a good side but still beatable I reckon – but I wouldn’t be surprised if they were unbeaten going into their last game in Cardiff.

    1. I haven’t seen Fofana play properly yet but i just watched a highlights reel. Am i right in thinking hes a bit like O’conner… as rapid as a winger but all the skill set of creative back? and maybe a bit more powerful as well? Oh dear god.

  2. It really is France’s to lose. A straightforward start with Italy then Scotland, before it gets tough with a few potential banana skins. Wales will be gunning for revenge in the final game.

Selection-wise, I don’t see how Yachvili can get the nod over Parra on form, nor Trinh-Duc over Beauxis. The second row also leaves me a little perplexed, while Picamoles vs Harinordoquy is a coinflip

  3. Aree with you about Parra and would have Maestri in the second row

However, for me Trinh-Duc should be nailed on for France. His performances in the world cup were good, he’s a good runner and tacker and has some sublime skills – look at the Montpellier highlights on Rugby Dump as an example

I see him more in the Sexton mould with Beauxis as Ronan O’Gara

  4. Not bothered about the frogs man, all they did was have a good game against a shit England, they then lost to a depleted AB’s.

Wales will beat em, if not Ireland or England will. Can’t see a grand slam this six nat’s

  5. Harinordoquy on the bench is puzzling. He’s in unbelievable form in the top 14. Still an enviably strong side. The french fans must be licking their lips.
