France team to play England

France coach Philippe Saint-André has named his team to take on England this Saturday at the Stade de France.

He has opted for a 6/2 forwards to backs split on the bench, while young Stade Français fly-half Jules Plisson wins his first cap, partnering Toulouse’s Jean-Marc Doussain at half back.

What do you make of the below team? Will they beat England in Paris on Saturday?

    1. I would assume Doussain, but no idea to be fair. Knowing the French it could be anyone!

Does anyone know when the England team is announced?

  1. So with 6 forwards on the bench, that is nigh on a brand new pack at 55-60 mins.

I wonder if this is to better England up front, or to nullify them. I would imagine the former, but with France you never know, as they do have a bit of a complex when it comes to playing England.

  2. Doussain had an awesome game in heineken cup the other week looks like a class player with an excellent boot
