Awesome. Although it was almost ruled out by some over zealous TMO and AR action.
I thought the TMO wanted to allow it? It was the ref that was going for the penalty instead, but the TMO told him there was no offence and to allow the try?
Great try in any case, beautiful team work, just a shame Glasgow don’t play that way every week!
Stephen, you are right, the referee intially wanted to disallow the try and the TMO rightly adjudicated that the Glasgow player was simply attempting to clear the ruck area and therefore no penalty had been committed and the try should stand.
