I know it’s layr but it is the best information I have found on this subject.

Been looking for a good rugby based program for a while now. One question tho, the 3 different circuits are meant to be done separately right? Meaning for example circuit 1 on Monday, circuit 2 Wednesday and circuit 3 on Friday right?

I’ll start doing this program today and try to see it thru for a month and then carry on with Phase 2

ta mate!
