And you can only ‘speak’ for yourself, not others.

Personally I doubt it. Not with having to withstand c.15 minutes of constant bombardment of their try line!

Bit like Rourke’s Drift in reverse, but by the law of averages Wales should have scored. However it wasn’t to be & IMO, Oz would have been unlucky to have given it up, especially with the ref’s binning of TWO almost immediately following each other!? 1 maybe, but 2? It was only a line out misdemeanour for the 2nd after all.

Anyway it was what it was, but again IMO, shouldn’t Wales have also varied it & also gone wide, running straight & then inwards before offloading outside? I mean it was a straight numbers game with the extra 1 in their favour?

No point in keeping on with something that’s not working. Thinking under pressure?

His kicking was wayward, some nice kick returns and catches, joined the line nicely a few times. Not a game really for a full back to shine as the front 8 had the ball up their jumper for most of it.

It was always merely a psychological tool to wind us up! No more no less. Bit like calling the Welsh sheep sh…..s or the Scots dress wearing haggis-eaters. We’re all man enough really to not let our emotions get the better of us!

“It’s like having three sisters and having to decide which one to f***”.

Spent most of the Wales game talking to an under 20 Scotland player discussing their game which I still maintain was a fantastic game to watch with lots of attacking skilful play rather than boring power based stuff.
I support a good game of rugby & will cheer whichever team provides that for the rest of the RWC – mostly delivered by SH teams with the exception of France.
If that makes me an arrogant Englishman then I am proud to be so labelled

Well played Wales, still through to the quarter finals and I hope you can beat the Springboks, you have a chance but with yet another injury it just makes it that bit tougher.

Enoch I was most surprised to find you remark on another article that you had a friend of 30 years. 1. I’m surprised you have a friend. 2. That must make you at least thirty years old…surely not? Or it might just have been a typo and you meant 3 years and you are in fact a 12 year old sitting in your bedroom punching away on the keyboard.

Did it piss anyone else off to see Hooper grinning in the crowd?

Thoughts on anscombe? Not watched it back and am remembering through a beer haze, but I thought he started off shaky but grew in to the game.

Mostly funny and good natured. There are a couple on here struggling to cope like an adult with their grief so they are pulling an “anyone but Wales” but they are in the minority thankfully.
