Very good assessment, but if a player has no pro club at moment and/or too old then they should only get 1/2 the points of a pro. Remember some of these were just a bit better than a Vodacom Cup side…let alone a Currie Cup one. If they had been any good the Super rugby teams would have picked them up instead of going to a bottom dweller in England or France.
