  1. JJ ahead of Aplon?
Wynand ahead of Juan de Jongh?
Everylooseforwardinthesquad ahead of Kolisi and Brussouw?
13 Bulls (2nd on the log) and only 3 Stormers (number one?)
I’m hoping this squad is a joke, and the real announcement will be tomorrow.

Bulls vs Stormers was an epic match by the way, try to watch extended highlights somewhere.

  2. I’d take a XV from that of:

Mtawarira, Bismarck, Jannie, Etzebeth, Flip, Alberts, Potgeiter, Spies; Hougaard, Morné, Mvovo, Frans, de Villiers, Basson, Kirchner

  3. Must have been decided before Kolisi played like an absolute machine this weekend. An insane work-rate and now seemingly showing an excellent attacking nous too. Every tackle is on his terms, even if he only grapples them he still finds a way to force them backwards.

There does seem to be a lack of Stormers considering their decent S15 run. I’d probably have put Joe Pietersen in there (is he injured?) but then again Kirchner is solid and Franc Steyn is a proven test 15.

  4. Brussow has been out of form and hasnt played much super 15 I think.
Plenty of world class finishing talent behind an untested, if not brutal pack.
