Head coach Heyneke Meyer has made three changes to the side that beat Scotland 30-17 last weekend. Francois Louw, Willem Alberts and Flip van de Merwe replace Marcell Coetzee, Arno Botha and Juandre Kruger respectively.
Jean de Villers has provisionally been named in the team, and will be give until Friday to prove his fitness after suffering a sternum injury. If he does not make it, young Jan Serfontein, a try scorer last week, will come into the starting line-up.
Likewise in the back row, Willem Alberts will be given a chance to prove he has fully recovered from his injury, with last week’s man of the match Siya Kolisi ready to step in if he cannot do so.
