great result for Ireland despite all the injury disruption the Irish came back to get a deserved win

Well that’s a bit of a matter of opinion don’t you think?
Ireland played with plenty intent, esp from out of the traps, but Oz came back @ them & controlled gr8 tracts of the match particularly in the 2nd 1/2.
Also the teams scored 3 apiece, with Oz having the better of most stats, t/overs being the exception along with a pen count of 13 to 3 in Ireland’s favour & the latter only won by 3, @ HOME!?

Maybe because all the Irish back replacements needed to be used at half time meaning we had a scrum half on the wing which was exploited. Once we went behind we regrouped and kept Australia at arms length.
Pen count went against Aus because they infringed 13 times 8 in the first half when they were under pressure and 5 in the second half
After half time Ireland had a make shift backline but still managed to close out the game
I have only seen the highlights but can’t help but think the TMO got it wrong when he allowed Ringrose’s try to be awarded. There was a clear block on a player coming from the inside to make the tackle.
