David Pocock and Israel Folau both miss out on the Australia squad to take on Scotland in the World Cup quarter-final at Twickenham on Sunday. Neither have recovered from knocks sustained in the win over Wales last weekend.
Pocock’s place at number eight goes to Ben McCalman, while Kurtley Beale steps in at fullback for Folau. The two other changes to the team that beat Wales sees Michael Hooper return from his ban to the number seven shirt, while Dean Mumm makes way for Rob Simmons.
