RBS Six Nations 2012: France team to play Ireland in Paris

Clément Poitrenaud & Julien Bonnaire are the two changes from last weekend’s victory against Scotland, with Maxime Médard ruled out through injury and Louis Picamoles dropping to the bench. The Toulouse full back has not played for his country since playing against England in last year’s Six Nations championship, missing the Rugby World Cup.
