Autumn Internationals 2014: Scotland team to play Tonga

scotlandVern Cotter has made four changes from the side that pushed New Zealand close for the visit of Tonga this weekend, all of them injury-enforced.

Tim Visser starts on the wing in place of Sean Maitland, who has a hamstring strain, while just inside him Sean Lamont replaces clubmate Mark Bennett, who is also out with hamstring troubles.

In the pack, Geoff Cross gets a first start of the autumn, replacing Euan Murray, who has a thigh strain. The final change sees Johnnie Beattie start at number eight for Adam Ashe, who is struggling with a neck injury.

Ryan Grant, Alasdair Strokosch and Duncan Taylor are drafted onto the bench in place of those who have stepped up to the starting XV.
