Australia head coach Ewen McKenzie has named a strong 32-man squad, featuring four uncapped players, for the Wallabies’ June test series against France.
The series begins at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane on Saturday 7 June, before heading to the Etihad Stadium in Melbourne on Saturday 14 June and finally concluding at the Allianz Stadium in Sydney on 21 June.
The squad boasts a total of 831 caps and has representatives from each of the Australian Super Rugby franchises – Queensland Reds, ACT Brumbies, Western Force, Melbourne Rebels and NSW Waratahs.
The average age of the squad is just under 26, and the four uncapped players are hooker Nathan Charles and locks Sam Carter, Luke Jones and Will Skelton. Pek Cowan, Scott Higginbotham and Matt Hodgson return to the squad after missing the 2013 season through injury.
